I got a new phone with Wind in Dec 2011 and I have been having problems with my signal on my phone, it keeps going into emeragy only.I have called several times and they just keep telling me the same thing over and over again.

They tell me that they are going to look into the matter and get back to me but I never hear from them and I have to call back to see if they have found the problem.My phone is still doing the samething.

I have had enough of there *** so I would never tell anybody to use this company, they have poor customer service.

So they don't have perfect coverage where you live! You live on the fringe anyway. Expect to be roaming or out of service most of the time.
